Eves Logo Usage GuidelinesWe appreciate your interest in the mutual collaboration between The Egyptian Vascular and Endovascular Society EVES and the Organizing Body. As part of the collaboration, we are pleased to provide you with the usage guidelines for incorporating our society logo into event marketing materials. These guidelines will ensure consistent and appropriate usage of our logo while maintaining the integrity of our brand. PERMISSION FOR LOGO USAGE a) The use of our society logo is granted solely for the purpose of endorsing the Campaign Leaflets. b) The logo usage permission is non-transferable and limited to the campaign mentioned in the endorsement and its leaflet. LOGO PLACEMENT a) The Society logo should be prominently displayed in a visible and unobstructed manner within the collaterals’ user interface. b) The Logo should be easily visible and legible without overwhelming other elements on the collaterals. LOGO SIZE AND PROPORTIONS a) The society logo should be resized proportionally to ensure its legibility and visual appeal. b) The minimum size for the logo should not be smaller than 150 pixels in width to maintain clarity. c) The minimum size of around 0.5 to 1 inch (1.27 to 2.54 centimeters) in width is often recommended for printed materials like leaflets. LOGO COLORS a) The society logo should be used in its original colors as provided by The Egyptian Vascular and Endovascular Society EVES. b) Do not modify the colors or alter the logo's design elements in any way. CLEAR SPACE a) Maintain sufficient clear space around the Society logo to ensure it stands out and remains visually distinct. b) The clear space should be at least 50 pixels from any other graphical elements or text surrounding the logo. LOGO MISUSE AND ALTERATIONS a) Do not distort, stretch, rotate, or alter the Society logo in any way that compromises its original design. b) Do not combine the society logo with other logos or graphics without prior written permission from The Egyptian Vascular and Endovascular Society EVES. NOTIFICATION OF CHANGES a) Inform The Egyptian Vascular and Endovascular Society EVES in writing of any proposed changes or updates to the campaign leaflets that may impact the display of our Society logo.
